Our Process

The four key elements to a successful digital project

To achieve outstanding results for our clients, we need an outstanding website development process. A process that requires little or no involvement from the client once the key deliverables have been agreed and any visuals have been approved.

Of course, all of this requires an investment in time and expertise from the Kariba team, so if you have a limited budget or believe the likes of Wix and Squarespace will get you the same results, then we’re probably not a good fit.

All of our web and digital projects are broken down in to the four key areas of Analysis & Strategy, Design & Development, Ongoing SEO & Digital Marketing and Reporting & Results.

In this 1 minute video, Kariba Chris explains the importance of research, including:

  • Why we email an agenda through before every Discovery Meeting.
  • How we dig deep in to the top competitors websites to see what’s working well for them – and what’s not.
  • How we define your unique selling points (USPs) and establish any guarantees your business is able to offer.



Then we move to the all important Design & Development stage. Chris describes how we:
