Seamless user experience

The website needed a seamless user experience that was centred around the latest developments by Mallard Homes. With that in mind, each development effectively has it’s own homepage, although the UX means it’s easy to navigate to all other developments or back to the main homepage itself.

A central feature is an interactive map for each development that shows the location of all associated properties and indicates whether they are available to purchase, reserved, sold or not yet released.

Properties that are still available to purchase feature a click-through that allows the end-user to view further details such as price, interior and exterior images, room dimensions, floorplans, property specifications and more information concerning location and ambience.

Frequent and prominent calls-to-action make it easy to register an interest, arrange a viewing, leave a message or receive a brochure.
