Dog Collar Campaign

After the launch of the new website and in line with ‘National Dog Day’ we carried out a Facebook campaign. The objectives of the campaign were:

  • To promote African dog collars sold at The Africa House
  • Collect lifestyle shots of dogs wearing Africa House dog collars to use throughout the site
  • Increase in traffic & ultimately sales

Users were encouraged to take pictures of their dogs wearing the collars with a £100 gift voucher for the winner (the picture with the most likes). Users were targeted via a combination of Facebook page posts and email marketing to existing customers.

Audience Builder Campaign

In order to build upon the existing ‘opted-in’ database, we launched a prize draw in late 2017.

The prize draw targeted Facebook users with the incentive prize of £100 gift voucher. All they had to do was fill out their details to enter.

  • The campaign resulted in 387 entries
  • 82% of which were happy to receive further marketing from The Africa House
  • The winner was chosen at random & received a £100 gift voucher
  • The other entrants received a discount voucher
